ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Registration time is 3pm to 12am midnight. Departure time is no later than 11am. Late departures cannot be accommodated unless written permission is provided by Sky Suites. Late departures past 12pm noon are subject to full rate of an additional night stay.

GUARANTEE POLICY

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The registered guest responsible for the property must be at least 25 years of age and must provide a valid credit card in their name along with one (1) piece of matching government issued photo identification at time of registration.

SECURITY HOLD

A minimum hold of $500 CAD will be pre-authorized by chip-and-pin credit card at check-in. Debit and cash is not accepted. The pre-authorization hold will be released at check-out, however please be advised that it can take up to ten (10) business days for the funds to be cleared by the credit card financial institution. In the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to all repair and replacements costs. Should the costs exceed the $500 hold, the full cost will be applied to the pre-authorized credit card. As the registered guest, you are responsible for any damages to the suite and/or building caused by you or your guests. The fees associated with any damages include but are not limited to: the replacement costs for damaged item, linen, towels, breakage of property, lost keys, and/or additional cleaning costs required as a result of damage.

ROOM CAPACITY

Suites have a strict maximum capacity of four (4) occupants at any time. Suites discovered with more than this number of people for any length of time will result in immediate termination of the reservation and eviction of all occupants including the registered guest(s). There will be no refund issued for the room. Maximum sleeping capacity in a room is two (2) persons for one-bedroom suites, and four (4) persons for two-bedroom suites, unless written permission is provided by Sky Suites. Any expected visitors must be registered with Sky Suites prior to their arrival by emailing info@skysuites.ca.

PRIVATE PARKING

Onsite underground parking is offered at $25/night plus taxes, subject to availability. Must be reserved at time of booking. Parking entrance located at 42 Hayden Street. Please inform Sky Suites of your arrival time in advance. Sky Suites shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked in the garage or the contents however caused or incurred.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Eighty Five Bloor is a non-smoking building. Smoking on balconies is permitted. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. A charge of $500 will be applied to the room bill of the registered guest should deep cleaning be required due to occupants smoking in the room.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Full Cleaning: $75/visit (24hr notice required). Adult Rollaway Bed (pillow and linens included): $25/night. Full-Size Baby Crib (linens included): $25/night. High Chair: $10/night. Diaper Pail: $5/night. Pet Fee: $25/night. All special requests subject to availability and must be specified at the time of booking. All additional fees subject to 13% tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Reservations cancelled any time after booking: 30% of the total reservation will be charged. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival, by 3pm (15:00) ET: 100% of the total reservation will be charged. Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival and have not cancelled their reservation in advance will be charged the full amount of their reservation booked. Change in the length or dates of the reservation may result in a rate change.

TRANQUILITY POLICY

Sky Suites takes the comfort, safety, security and overall tranquility of our guests and residents seriously. We are committed to ensuring that the Sky Suites experience is relaxing and enjoyable for all. In accordance with this objec- tive, Sky Suites has developed the following Tranquility Agreement. To ensure peaceful enjoyment for you and all of our guests and residents, the following is strictly enforced: (a) Only registered guests with key fob will be allowed to enter the building. Under no circumstances will lobby security allow building access to guests entering without scanning a valid key fob. (b) Guest room floors will be quiet after 11pm (23:00). Please be aware of any excessive music, TV volume, loud speaking or any other noise that could disturb your neighbours, and please do not leave your door ajar. (c) In the event that manage- ment receives a noise or disturbance complaint(s) from a neighbouring guest or resident against your suite, the following will apply: (i) One (1) warning will be issued to the registered guest(s) for any complaint prior to 10pm. (ii) A second complaint, or any complaint received after 11pm (23:00), will result in the immediate eviction of everyone in the suite includ- ing the registered guest(s). There will be no refund issued for the reservation.
